This website is operated by J.D. Racing. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Orders
   All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. J.D. Racing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
2. Payment
   We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other available secure payment methods. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
3. Fulfillment and Shipping
   Products are produced and shipped by Printful. Fulfillment typically occurs within two to five business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and method selected. J.D. Racing is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns
   Returns are accepted only in cases of misprints, manufacturing defects, or items damaged during shipping. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return. For return instructions, refer to our return policy.
5. Intellectual Property
   All designs, logos, text, and visual content on this website are the property of J.D. Racing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
   J.D. Racing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina.
