Refund policy

Effective date: July 1, 2025

All products sold by J.D. Racing are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because products are produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are limited.

  1. Eligibility
    Returns are permitted only if the item received is defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping. Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or incorrect color are not accepted.
  2. Process
    To initiate a return, contact j.d.racing.sales@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. If approved, the return will be processed through Printful’s system.
  3. Refunds
    Refunds or replacements will be issued only after Printful confirms that the product is eligible. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by J.D. Racing or Printful.
