All JD Racing products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print partner.
This means your order is created just for you after purchase — please allow time for production and shipping.
Production Time:
- Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days
Shipping Time (After Fulfillment):
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: Varies by location (typically 7–21 days)
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Carriers Used:
We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your location.
Important Notes:
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays
- JD Racing is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are handed to the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses may cause failed deliveries and are the buyer’s responsibility
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Exceptions:
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. JD Racing is not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier. JD Racing is not liable for lost or stolen packages but will help you file a claim if needed.
